January Wine Dinner- An Evening with Frank

Friday, January 20th 6:30 pm

In addition to a five course dinner and five thoughtfully
paired wines, join us in welcoming our own David Baccus as he
entertains with classic Frank Sinatra throughout the evening.

Amusing Bites

MGM Course:
Frank signed with MGM in 1945 and filmed "Anchors Way" and "The House I Live In", for which he won an Academy Award

The Girl from "Empanada"
A Crispy Spinach and Crab Pastry with Saffron Cream

Gene Kelly Course:
Frank starred in dozens of movies, many of which were with Gene Kelly including "Anchors Away", "On the Town", and "Take Me Out to the Ballgame".

Potato Skin Crusted Salmon with Crème Fresh, Crispy Bacon, Tomato, and Chives

Rat Pack Course:
In 1960 Frank started his own label called Reprise Records with his friends Sammy Davis, Jr., Dean Martin, Joey Bishop, and Peter Lawson

With Foie Gras-Goat Cheese Truffle and "Caberet" Sauce

Caesar's Palace Course:
After a brief retirement, Sinatra returned to Caesar's Palace and released his "Ol' Blue Eyes Is Back" album.
